Record Inbox and Outbox papers in small office, by doing the following:
1- Give an incremented number for each paper and it's attachments.
2- Write a brief description of this paper such; subject of the paper, where it comes from if it's Inbox or where it's going to if it's Outbox.
3- Search the content of the archive papers.
4- Optionally scan the paper and it's attachments if any.
